Agreement to Terms

By using the website www.locksmith-auto.com or hiring Locksmith Auto LLC ("we," "us," or "Company") for locksmith services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Services

Locksmith Auto LLC provides mobile locksmith services including automotive, residential, and commercial lock and key work across 18 cities in Florida. All services are performed by trained, licensed technicians.

Service availability depends on technician location, parts availability, and scheduling. We make every effort to provide same day service but cannot guarantee specific arrival times. Quoted arrival windows are estimates, not guarantees.

Pricing & Payment

• We provide a price quote before starting any work. You must approve the price before we begin.
• Prices on our website are starting prices and may vary based on lock type, vehicle model, time of service, and complexity of the job.
• There is no call-out fee or diagnostic charge. You only pay if you approve the work.
• Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards.
• If additional work is needed beyond the original quote, we will inform you and get approval before proceeding. We never perform unauthorized work.

Warranty

All labor performed by Locksmith Auto LLC carries a 90-day warranty from the date of service. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period due to our workmanship, we will return and fix it at no additional charge.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by the customer, third parties, or misuse after service
• Normal wear and tear on locks, keys, or hardware
• Issues caused by break-in attempts, vandalism, or forced entry
• Parts not supplied by Locksmith Auto LLC
• Pre-existing damage or conditions not caused by our service

Hardware and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, if any. We will assist you with manufacturer warranty claims when possible.

Proof of Ownership

For your protection and ours, we may require proof of ownership or authorization before performing certain services — including car lockouts, lock changes, and rekeying. Acceptable proof includes a valid ID matching the address, vehicle registration, lease agreement, or written authorization from the property owner. We reserve the right to decline service if ownership cannot be verified.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled service at any time before the technician begins work at no charge. If a technician is already en route, we appreciate as much notice as possible. There is no cancellation fee.

Limitation of Liability

Locksmith Auto LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost time, lost income, alternative transportation costs, etc.)
• Damage to locks or doors that were already compromised, worn, or improperly installed before our service
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, parts availability)
• Pre-existing defects in your vehicle, locks, or security hardware

This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.
