After-Hours
Emergency Locksmith Florida
Same-day emergency lockouts, break-in repair, board-up, and safe openings — day or night
Two kinds of emergency calls hit us every week. Kind one: locked out at an inconvenient time — midnight at a closed hotel parking lot, 6am before a flight, Sunday morning with the kids in the car. Kind two: something broke or got forced — break-in aftermath with a splintered door frame, hurricane damage that sheared a lock off, safe that stopped accepting its combination. Both get the same dispatch priority: next available tech routed straight to you, 15-25 minute arrival window in our coverage zone.
Four core emergency services cover 99% of urgent lock situations: emergency lockouts for home/car/office, emergency lock repair after break-ins or damage, emergency board-up to secure a compromised entrance, and safe lockouts for combination/digital/gun safes. We run a 24/7 dispatch for legitimate emergencies — after-hours call fee is $40-60 depending on time and city. For non-urgent work, call during business hours for standard pricing.
Emergency lockouts from $85 (plus $40-60 after-hours). Lock repair from $180. Board-up from $120.
Emergency Services We Offer
5 servicesWhen People Call Us
Real scenarios from the past 90 days of emergency calls. Pricing and timing below are typical ranges across our 18 Florida service cities.
Break-in last night — door frame smashed, lock destroyed
Priority one: secure the opening. We arrive with replacement deadbolts, strike plates, and wood reinforcement. For frames that cannot hold a standard strike, we install a heavy-duty long strike plate or a Door Armor kit. Typical emergency break-in repair: $220-400 depending on frame damage. Board-up service if the door is unusable runs an extra $120-200.
Locked out of car with a baby inside — no spare
Highest dispatch priority. We move the next tech straight to you regardless of route. Typical arrival under 15 minutes in dense coverage areas (Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton). No charge premium for the priority — you pay the standard lockout rate. Call 911 first in dangerous heat, then call us.
Hurricane damage — front door lock sheared off
Storm season calls spike in September and October. We carry rekey-able Grade 1 deadbolts in inventory for emergency replacement. Typical storm damage lock replacement: $180-280 including hardware. If the door slab itself is damaged, we board up the opening and refer you to a door contractor for slab replacement.
Safe stopped opening — wedding ring and passports inside
Digital safe with dead battery — quickest fix, $120-160. Combination dial safe forgotten code — 30-90 minute manipulation job, $150-250. Gun safe with tripped relocker — $220-350. We do not drill unless manipulation fails. If we drill, we plug and repair the hole so the safe stays usable afterward.
Why speed and honesty matter on emergency calls
24/7 dispatch with real humans
Call any hour. A dispatcher answers, not an auto-attendant. They confirm your location, verify the situation, dispatch the closest tech, and text you an ETA within 5 minutes.
Upfront quote before dispatch
No scam pricing. We quote the job on the phone before sending anyone. If the price works, we roll. If not, you pay nothing and we still tell you what a fair range should be so you can shop honestly.
No drilling if we can avoid it
Standard lockouts, 99% picked or bypassed without damage. Broken-key extraction with proper tools. Safe lockouts with manipulation first. Drilling is the last resort, not the first tool out of the bag.
Insured emergency response
Every emergency tech is trained in non-destructive entry. Liability insurance covers any collateral damage during an emergency entry — which essentially never happens, but the coverage is there.
